Cidan 8TCP x 1250LR
The CIDAN 8TCP x 1250LR is a CNC coil line designed for efficient in-house de-coiling and slitting. It processes coils up to 60" wide and 11 gauge thick, allowing ASF to produce custom coil sizes on demand. Thalmann TD 200 -10 2M
The Thalmann TD 200–10 2M is a high-performance double folder built for precision long folding—handling lengths up to 33 feet. As the only machine of its kind in Connecticut, it allows ASF to fabricate oversized architectural profiles with unmatched accuracy. With CNC-controlled beams and intelligent crowning, it ensures consistent results across a wide range of materials including aluminum, steel, copper, and zinc—making it ideal for large fascia, coping, and wall systems.
Cidan Forma 32
The CIDAN FORMA 32 is a fully electric metal folding machine known for speed, flexibility, and durability—ideal for high-volume fabrication. CNC Double Folder: This 33.5 ft up/down metal folder allows us to form long and heavy-gauge materials, including 14 ga mild steel, 16 ga stainless steel, and 1/8" aluminum. Ideal for oversized architectural components requiring seamless bends and consistent precision.
CNC Single Folder: A 13 ft metal folder equipped with box tooling, capable of forming up to 11 ga mild steel. Perfect for detailed custom profiles and complex bends in thicker materials.
Metal Shear: This 13 ft powerhouse delivers clean, accurate cuts across large metal sheets. It ensures smooth edges and consistent sizing, reducing the need for secondary processing.
CNC Router Table: Featuring a spacious 236”x82” table, this upright CNC router is built for versatility—processing ACM panels, fiber cement, HPL, and aluminum sheets with exacting detail. It’s essential for custom panel fabrication and intricate designs.
CNC Laser Cutter: Our 6kW fiber laser cutter handles a wide range of metals up to 1.25” thick on a 120”x60” table. This machine offers high-speed, high-precision cutting for complex shapes and tight tolerances.
Coil Line: A CNC de-coiler and slitter capable of processing coils up to 60” wide and 11 ga thick. This in-house system streamlines material handling, allowing us to quickly prepare custom coil sizes for fabrication.
